Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. All shipments are sent via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement if applicable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or customs clearance procedures.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping.

If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (custom prints like t-shirts and art), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We’ll will pay the s/h for the exchanged item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
